
Vincent Weijers announces departure as CEO of AutoBinck Group
Utrecht, May 29, 2026
After leading AutoBinck Group through a period of strategic transformation, Vincent Weijers has decided to step down as CEO of AutoBinck Group and take up a role outside the company. He will remain fully committed in his role until August 1. The Supervisory Board will manage the succession process. Next steps will follow before August 1.

"The Supervisory Board is deeply grateful to Vincent Weijers for the way he has guided AutoBinck Group through a challenging period, providing stability and bringing the group in the right direction. Vincent brought humanity, clarity, and the willingness to make necessary and impactful decisions. We regret his decision but fully respect it. We congratulate Vincent on his new position and wish him every success in this new chapter of his career.
The Supervisory Board will manage the succession process. Next steps will follow before August 1. In the meantime, continuity and day-to-day leadership remain firmly in the hands of Vincent and the Executive Board.”

I have accepted a new opportunity outside the company, starting August 1. Until then, I remain fully committed to my responsibilities as CEO of AutoBinck Group.”
