AutoBinck to sell Business Lease Czech Republic and Slovakia to KBC Group

Today we announce the signing of a binding agreement for the acquisition of all shares (100%) of Business Lease Czech Republic and Business Lease Slovakia to ČSOB Leasing Czech Republic and ČSOB Leasing Slovakia, both part of KBC Group.

The acquisition of Business Lease Czech Republic and Business Lease Slovakia is still subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities and is expected to close in Q1 2026.
