AutoBinck Group sells Moove Connected Mobility to Netradyne

‍On April 29, 2026, AutoBinck Group completed the sale of Moove Connected Mobility B.V. to Netradyne. Through the acquisition of Moove, Netradyne immediately establishes a stronger footprint in Europe, which will serve as a platform for further expansion across the region.
