AutoBinck’s organisational structure is based upon five operating divisions. Each works independently in its particular field of business and pursues its own strategy. Arms length relationships are well established between the five divisions in the interests of doing the best thing for stakeholders and customers in their specific market places. Beyond this logic however, a strong AutoBinck family feeling also holds sway across the divisions. The five operating divisions are as follows:

Car Distribution

Country distribution and representation of Hyundai, Jaguar Land Rover, Mitsubishi and Infiniti.
This division operates in The Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia.

Major city retail of BMW, Hyundai, Jaguar Land Rover, Mini, Mitsubishi, Infiniti, Mazda, Ford, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot and Volvo.
This division operates in The Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia.

This division offers operational and financial leasing, fleet management services and dealer vehicle stock financing.

This division imports and distributes a wide range of parts and accessories for sale to automotive after markets.

Real Estate & Services

The AutoBinck Real Estate & Services division owns the majority of the premises from which our companies operate from. It also supports the divisions by centrally coordinated treasury and IT services.
