AutoBinck is a public limited company and is run by a Board of Directors under the supervision of a Supervisory Board.

Tim Tozer (1959, British, BSc in Management Sciences) was appointed CEO of AutoBinck in February 2009 having joined from Mitsubishi Motors Europe where he was President and CEO from 2004. Prior to this Tim held the posts of Automotive Director of Mondial Assistance UK and Managing Director respectively of Mazda UK, Chrysler France, Inchcape France and Inchcape Finland.
Michel Cornelissen (1966, Dutch, BA in Business Economics and Information Management) was appointed CFO of AutoBinck in June 2004. He joined AutoBinck having previously personally consulted upon M&A activity, before which he held senior financial positions with various information technology companies and worked as a management consultant at Ernst & Young Consulting.
Rolf Lauret (1938, Dutch), has been Chairman of AutoBinck for fifty years and is the son of Pieter Lauret who developed the company in the 1920s into a major trading force. Rolf provides a direct link with the company’s heritage and origin. His instinctive entrepreneurialism brought Mazda to The Netherlands in 1968 and to Czechoslovakia in 1991 and still forms the basis of today’s AutoBinck.
Paul Lauret (1970, Dutch, BA in Business Management) was appointed to the Board in 2007 and is Rolf Lauret’s son. Paul worked for AutoBinck operationally in the late 90’s gaining insight into the company’s automotive world. He currently acts as an entrepreneurial investor in the IT sector, concentrating upon automotive and ‘appointment booking’ software.
Peter Legro (1937, Dutch), was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board in June 2009. Peter was President and CEO of Transavia from 1979 to 2002, prior to which he worked for Pan American Airlines in an variety of roles. Today Peter is on the board of, amongst others, Heineken Nederland Beheer and EEA Helicopters.
